Door and drywall removal
For nine years there was an interior door located in the entrance hall of the building that does not belong there. This door was obviously fitted after the fact since its build quality, size and door hardware did not match the rest of the building.
The staircase that this door closed off was exposed again, the walls replastered and painted. The building was thereby restored and the original volume of the space reconstructed. The intention behind the architecture is preserved.
